Indications of Orforglipron

Orforglipron is a prescription medicine. When used alongside a calorie-reduced diet and increased physical activity, it can help obese adults, as well as certain overweight adults with weight-related conditions, lose excess weight and maintain weight loss.

Orforglipron should not be used concurrently with other GLP‑1 receptor agonist medications.

The safety and efficacy of Orforglipron in pediatric patients have not yet been established.
