Dosage of Orforglipron

Take Orforglipron exactly as directed by your healthcare provider.

Orforglipron should be used alongside a low-calorie diet and increased physical activity.

Take Orforglipron orally once daily, either before or after meals.

Swallow the tablet whole. Do not split, crush or chew the tablet.

If you miss a dose, take it as soon as you remember. Do not take two doses of Orforglipron on the same day.

Do not take more than one tablet per day.

If you have not taken Orforglipron for 7 consecutive days or longer, contact your healthcare provider for instructions on restarting treatment.

If you take an overdose of Orforglipron, call your doctor right away, dial a poison control hotline, or go to the nearest hospital emergency room immediately.
