Dosage of Mirdametinib

Take mirdametinib strictly as directed by your doctor. If you experience certain side effects, your healthcare provider may adjust your dose, pause treatment temporarily, or permanently discontinue mirdametinib therapy.

Take mirdametinib twice daily, approximately 12 hours apart, for 21 consecutive days followed by a 7-day treatment break to complete one 28-day treatment cycle. Your healthcare provider will determine the appropriate number of cycles based on your individual condition.

Mirdametinib may be taken with or without food.

Mirdametinib is available in two formulations: mirdametinib capsules and mirdametinib oral suspension tablets. Your healthcare provider will select the suitable formulation and dosage of mirdametinib tailored to your needs.

Administration of mirdametinib capsules

Swallow capsules whole with water. If multiple capsules are required, take them one at a time. Do not open, split, or chew the capsules.

If you miss a dose of mirdametinib, skip the missed dose and take your next scheduled dose at your regular time.

If you vomit after taking mirdametinib, do not retake the dose. Take your next dose at the originally scheduled time.
