Before using LuciDarax(Daraxonrasib), prophylactic skin care is required. Prepare topical glucocorticoids (to be applied to the face and chest as directed by the physician), a whole-body moisturizer, broad-spectrum sunscreen (SPF 30 or higher), and other medications, and use them according to the physician's instructions.
1. Take it at the same time every day: setting a phone alarm is the easiest way.
2. Recommended dose: 300 mg once daily. When picking up the medication, confirm the strength; when taking it, confirm the number of tablets.
3. Swallow whole. Do not chew, crush, or split. If you have difficulty swallowing whole tablets, discuss it with your doctor or pharmacist first; do not handle it yourself.
4. It can be taken with or without food. No clinically significant pharmacokinetic differences were observed when administered after a high-fat, high-calorie meal.
5. Missed dose: take it as soon as you remember; if more than 4 hours have passed since the scheduled time, skip this dose and take the next dose at the regular time. Do not take double the dose at one time.
6. Vomiting after taking the medication: do not take an extra dose; take the next dose at the scheduled time.
1. Sun protection. Limit sun exposure time; apply broad-spectrum sunscreen (SPF 30 or higher) when going outdoors, and wear a hat and long sleeves when necessary.
2. Moisturizing. Apply moisturizer every day. Clinical data show that the incidence of dry skin is 14% and pruritus is 11%. These are not minor issues that will “pass if you just tough it out”; they are warning signs of moderate-to-severe skin reactions.
3. Oral care. Keep the mouth clean daily, avoid very hot, very spicy, and rough foods, and promptly tell your doctor if pain, redness, swelling, or ulcers occur.
4. Record the number of bowel movements. If the number of bowel movements in a day increases by 6 or more compared with usual, tell your doctor immediately.
1. Medication card: clearly write the drug name LuciDarax(Daraxonrasib), dose (e.g., 300 mg once daily), date of starting medication, attending physician, and contact phone number. In an emergency, this card can save a lot of time.
2. Current complete medication list, including all non-antitumor medications. Because if anti-infective, antifungal, or pain medications need to be added, this list is needed to assess interactions.
3. Antidiarrheal medication and moisturizer. Diarrhea can appear as early as day 3, but note that if diarrhea occurs, you should contact your doctor first and let the doctor decide which antidiarrheal medication to use, rather than taking it long-term on your own.
