During treatment with LuciDarax(Daraxonrasib), please have blood counts and biochemistry tests reviewed as directed by your physician. If severe rash, an increase in bowel movements by 6 or more per day, difficulty eating or swallowing, persistent or worsening abdominal pain, or new or worsening cough and difficulty breathing occurs, contact your attending physician immediately.
Many people think that the adverse reactions of LuciDarax(Daraxonrasib) are concentrated in the first month, but the actual situation with LuciDarax(Daraxonrasib) is not like this.
1. Diarrhea: median time to first occurrence is day 3 (range 1 to 260 days).
2. Skin toxicity: median day 13 (range 1 to 106 days).
3. Stomatitis: median day 22 (range 1 to 343 days).
4. Interstitial lung disease/pneumonitis: median day 111 (range 22 to 242 days).
5. Gastrointestinal perforation: median day 134 (range 17 to 254 days).
The earliest side effect to appear is diarrhea, and the latest side effects to appear are interstitial lung disease and gastrointestinal perforation, and both may first appear only after several months of medication. Therefore, “I have already taken it for six months without any problems” does not mean that observation can be relaxed.
Daily attention: rash, itching, redness, swelling, and pain around the nails, dry skin, and cracking.
What you can do daily: look at the face, chest, hands, feet, and around the nails once a day in natural light; apply topical glucocorticoids and moisturizer as directed by your physician; limit sun exposure and use broad-spectrum sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher.
Daily attention: oral pain, redness, swelling, ulcers, or sores; and whether eating, speaking, or swallowing has become difficult.
Avoid daily: eating and drinking much less for a long time because of pain. This will make weight and physical strength decline faster. If difficulty eating occurs, contact your physician.
Daily attention: if the number of bowel movements per day increases by 6 or more compared with usual, tell your physician immediately; if there is severe abdominal pain that persists without relief, or it is accompanied by nausea and vomiting, vomiting blood, bloody stool, black stool (like tar), fever, or chills, tell your physician immediately.
What you can do daily: record the number and character of bowel movements each day; if diarrhea occurs, contact your physician first before deciding which antidiarrheal medication to use. Do not take it long-term on your own.
The specific arrangements are made by the physician according to the situation. Abnormal blood tests are very common during treatment, and the physician will monitor and manage them as needed.
Every day: take the medication at the same time; look at the skin, nails, and mouth; record the number of bowel movements; measure body temperature. Every week: weigh yourself at a fixed time and record it.
Reminder: During treatment with LuciDarax(Daraxonrasib), do not adjust the dose, stop the medication, take new antifungal medications or antibiotics, or take Chinese herbal medicines or supplements without authorization. You must consult your physician before use and strictly follow medical advice.
