Indications of Tirzepatide

Tirzepatide is indicated as an adjunct to diet and exercise to improve glycemic control in adult and pediatric patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus aged 10 years and older. It is the first and currently the only GIP and GLP‑1 receptor agonist proven to improve glycemic control in adults with type 2 diabetes.
