During treatment with LuciDarax(Daraxonrasib), please follow your doctor's instructions for follow-up visits and imaging assessments. Do not increase the dose or stop the drug on your own because the short-term effect has not met expectations. If you develop new or worsening difficulty breathing, persistent or severe abdominal pain, vomiting blood, or black stools, seek medical attention immediately.
LuciDarax(Daraxonrasib) is used to treat adults with pancreatic adenocarcinoma that has spread to other parts of the body, who have already received at least 1 prior treatment, or who cannot receive combination treatment with multiple anticancer drugs.
The main active ingredient of LuciDarax(Daraxonrasib) is daraxonrasib. It is a RAS GTPase family inhibitor and belongs to the class of RAS(ON) multi-selective inhibitors, also known in the field as pan-RAS inhibitors.
1. It first binds to cyclophilin A, forming a binary complex.
2. This complex then binds to RAS in its active state (GTP-bound state, i.e., the ON state), forming a ternary complex.
3. The ternary complex blocks the interaction between RAS and downstream effector molecules and promotes the hydrolysis of GTP to the inactive GDP-bound state.
The inhibitory range of daraxonrasib includes wild-type and mutant KRAS, NRAS, and HRAS.
1. Route of Administration: This product is an oral tablet, taken once daily, and does not require intravenous infusion.
2. Pregnancy: It may cause fetal harm.
3. Breastfeeding: Do not breastfeed during treatment and for 1 week after the last dose.

2. Swallow the tablet whole. Do not chew, crush, or split it. If you have difficulty swallowing the whole tablet, consult your doctor or pharmacist first; do not handle it yourself.
3. It can be taken with or without food. No clinically significant pharmacokinetic differences were seen when administered after a high-fat, high-calorie meal.
4. Take enough tablets. A 300 mg dose is two 150 mg tablets or three 100 mg tablets. Check the strength once when picking up the medication and once when taking it.
5. Do three small things daily. In natural light, look at your skin, nails, and mouth; record the number of bowel movements that day; take your temperature once.
6. Missed dose: Take it as soon as you remember; if more than 4 hours have passed since the scheduled time, skip this dose and take the next dose at the next regular time. Do not take a double dose to make up for it.
7. Vomiting after taking the dose: Do not take an extra dose; take the next dose at the originally scheduled time.
