Dosage of Seladelpar

1. Recommended Dosage and Administration

The recommended dosage of seladelpar is 10 mg orally once daily. Seladelpar may be taken with food or on an empty stomach.

2. Dosing Adjustment for Bile Acid Sequestrants

Administer seladelpar at least 4 hours before or at least 4 hours after taking a bile acid sequestrant, or separate the dosing intervals as long as possible.
