Keep Revuforj out of the reach of children.
Revuforj tablets come in different strengths with distinct colors for each strength. Your prescription may require taking multiple strengths of Revuforj tablets to achieve your prescribed dosage. Do not change your dosage or stop taking Revuforj unless told to do so by your healthcare provider. If you have any questions about how to take Revuforj, consult your healthcare provider.
Swallow Revuforj tablets whole. Do not cut or chew the tablets. If you cannot swallow the tablets whole, you may crush the Revuforj tablets, mix them with water, and take the mixture within 2 hours of preparation. Follow your healthcare provider’s instructions if you need to crush Revuforj tablets.
Adults aged 65 years or older may be at a higher risk of certain side effects of Revuforj. If you are in this age group, discuss your risks with your doctor.
Females of reproductive potential should use effective contraception during treatment with Revuforj and for four months after the last dose. Males who may father a child should use effective contraception during treatment with Revuforj and for four months after the last dose. If you have any questions about contraception options during Revuforj treatment, consult your doctor.
Be sure to undergo all scheduled blood tests. Your healthcare provider may need to discontinue Revuforj if you develop electrolyte imbalances, low white blood cell counts (neutropenia), or low platelet levels (thrombocytopenia).
Revuforj may impair fertility in males or females. If you have concerns about fertility, discuss them with your healthcare provider.
