Revuforj is typically indicated for the treatment of patients with specific types of acute leukemia.
Revuforj manufactured by Lucius Pharmaceuticals is available in three standard specifications, namely: a pack containing 30 tablets with a dosage of 25mg per tablet; a pack containing 30 tablets with a dosage of 110mg per tablet; and a pack containing 30 tablets with a dosage of 160mg per tablet.

Patients with certain types of acute leukemia have a genetic alteration known as KMT2A (Lysine Methyltransferase 2A) translocation. These patients produce the KMT2A protein, which binds to another protein called menin. This protein-protein interaction drives the proliferation of acute leukemia cells. Revuforj is classified as a menin inhibitor. The drug blocks this protein-protein interaction, thereby promoting the development of normal blood cells.
To ensure the stability of efficacy and safe use of Revuforj, please follow the below storage conditions and recommendations:
Revuforj should be stored at room temperature, with an ideal range of 20°C to 25°C (68°F to 77°F).
For necessary short periods (e.g., transportation from the pharmacy to home), Revuforj may be exposed to a temperature range of 15°C to 30°C (59°F to 86°F). This is only for brief durations and should not be used as a long-term storage condition.
Environment: Store the drug in a cool, dry place, away from light, moisture and excessive heat.
Packaging: Always keep the drug in its original container. The original container is specially designed with light-proof and moisture-proof features to provide optimal protection. Do not transfer the drug to other containers arbitrarily.
Do not freeze this product in a refrigerator unless specifically instructed by the drug label or a pharmacist.
Avoid storing the drug in humid areas such as the bathroom or near the kitchen sink, or in overheated locations such as near car windows or heating appliances.
Keep the drug out of the reach of children and pets.
