Purpura

1. Avoid strenuous exercise

Patients with Purpura should avoid strenuous exercise to reduce subcutaneous bleeding and should maintain adequate rest.

2. Scientific medication

A doctor should be consulted to assess the risks and benefits before using the drug.

3. Avoid substance abuse

This is especially true for long-term use of drugs in high doses that may cause side effects.

4. Closely observe the skin changes after drug treatment

If Purpura worsens or itching, pain and other symptoms occur, the drug should be stopped immediately and medical attention should be sought out.

5. Avoid contact with allergens

Patients with Purpura should stay away from various allergens to avoid exacerbations of the condition.

6. Avoid eating seafood hair

Seafood hair products are highly allergenic, and excessive consumption may induce or aggravate Purpura.
