Drug interactions of Pomalidomide

CYP1A2 Inhibitors: Co-administration of the strong CYP1A2 inhibitor fluvoxamine in healthy subjects increased pomalidomide Cmax and AUC by 24% and 125%, respectively. Increased exposure to pomalidomide may increase the risk of exposure-related toxicities. Avoid co-administration with strong CYP1A2 inhibitors. If co-administration cannot be avoided, reduce the dose of pomalidomide.
