No dose adjustment is required based on age, gender, body mass index (BMI), or renal impairment.
Caution should be exercised when using the 10 mg dose in patients aged ≥65 years.
Patients with severe renal impairment may be at an increased risk of somnolence.
The maximum recommended dose for patients with moderate hepatic impairment is 5 mg nightly. The use of lemborexant is not recommended in patients with severe hepatic impairment.
