As a drug used for treating certain tumors, tazemetostat may cause varying degrees of side effects in some patients due to individual differences, while exerting its antitumor effects.
Urinary System: Bladder pain, blood in urine or cloudy urine, difficulty urinating/burning sensation/pain, frequent urge to urinate, pain in the lower back or side.
Hematologic System: Bleeding gums, nosebleeds, bleeding from wounds that does not stop, unusual bleeding or bruising, pale skin.
Respiratory System: Chest pain or tightness, cough, coughing up blood, difficulty breathing or swallowing, sore throat, nasal congestion or runny nose, sneezing, ear fullness.
Musculoskeletal System: Body aches or pain, muscle or bone pain.
Skin and Mucous Membranes: Redness/itching/pain/swelling/tenderness/warmth of the skin.
Nervous System: Dizziness, headache.
Reproductive System: Increased menstrual flow or vaginal bleeding.
Systemic Symptoms: Fever or chills, unusual tiredness or weakness, loss of voice.
Confusion, rapid heartbeat, dizziness or fainting, painful blisters on the torso, rapid and shallow breathing.
General discomfort, hoarseness, ulcers, sores, or white patches on the lips or inside the mouth, swollen glands, weight loss, yellowing of the skin and eyes.
Constipation, decreased appetite, diarrhea, hair loss or thinning hair, nausea or vomiting, rash, abdominal pain.
