General Side Effects

Nervous System: Forgetfulness, disorientation in time/place/person, dizziness, headache, memory loss, memory impairment, speech or speaking difficulties, numbness or tingling in the hands and feet, difficulty concentrating, drowsiness or unusual sleepiness, falls.

Digestive System: Black, tarry stools, loss of appetite, mouth ulcers/sores/white patches.

Urinary System: Bladder pain, blood in urine or cloudy urine, difficulty or burning/painful urination, frequent urge to urinate, lower back or side pain, pain or difficulty urinating.

Cardiovascular System: Chest tightness, unusually slow or fast heartbeat, swelling of the face, arms, hands, lower legs, or feet, pale skin.

Respiratory System: Cough, difficulty breathing, sore throat, chills, fever.

Mental and Emotional Symptoms: Low mood, fear/tension, sadness or emptiness, holding onto false beliefs that cannot be corrected by facts, irritability, loss of interest or pleasure, nervousness, visual/auditory/tactile hallucinations, unusual excitement/tension/restlessness, insomnia.

Systemic and Metabolic Effects: Unusual tiredness or weakness, rapid weight gain, abnormal weight loss or gain, unusual bleeding or bruising.

Less Common Side Effects

Cardiovascular System: Chest pain or discomfort, rapid heartbeat, irregular heartbeat, swelling of the face, ankles, or hands.

Nervous System: Confusion, fainting, lightheadedness, loss of consciousness, seizures, difficulty moving or walking.

Digestive System: Diarrhea, dry mouth, heartburn, indigestion, severe abdominal pain/cramping/burning sensation, nausea, vomiting, severe and persistent vomiting (vomit resembling coffee grounds).

Urinary System: Decreased urine output.

Skin and Appendages: Itching, pain, redness, swelling, tenderness, or warmth of the skin, increased skin wrinkling, yellowing of the skin or eyes.

Respiratory System: Shortness of breath, shallow breathing.

Systemic and Metabolic Effects: Increased thirst, sunken eyes.
