Breast Cancer

1. Follow your doctor's instructions

Breast cancer patients should strictly follow the doctor's medication instructions, including the type, dose, time, and method of medication. Do not adjust the dose or change the dressing on your own so as not to affect the effect of the treatment.

2. Pay attention to medication side effects

Chemotherapy drugs also have a killing effect on normal cells, which may lead to side effects such as bone marrow suppression and liver damage. Therefore, regular blood tests and liver and kidney function tests are required. At the same time, if you have symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, anemia, fatigue, and hair loss, you should communicate with your doctor in time, and you may need to take corresponding treatment measures.

3. Dietary restrictions

While taking the drug, one should avoid consuming foods that may interfere with the metabolism of the drug, such as grapefruit, black mulberry, pomegranate, etc. At the same time, avoid foods that may contain parasites, such as sashimi and shellfish.

4. Duration of medication

Breast cancer patients need to take their medications on time and not skip or overdose. If you need to adjust the medication time under special circumstances, you should communicate with your doctor in advance.
