Less common side effects of pirtobrutinib

During the use of pirtobrutinib, symptoms such as confusion; dizziness; fainting; fast or irregular heartbeat; vertigo; pain in the lower back or side; painful or difficult urination; persistent non-healing sores; pinkish growths; red patches or irritated areas; shiny lumps; mouth ulcers, sores, or white patches; white, yellow, or waxy scar-like areas may occur.

Mild side effects of pirtobrutinib

Patients may also experience some mild side effects during treatment with pirtobrutinib. These side effects are usually temporary and do not require special treatment. If symptoms persist, consult a doctor immediately:

Burning, numbness, tingling, or pain; constipation; cough; diarrhea; difficulty moving; joint pain; large, flat, blue or purple patches on the skin; muscle or bone pain; muscle stiffness; nausea; joint pain, swelling, or redness; stomach pain; unsteadiness or clumsiness; weakness in the arms, hands, legs, or feet.

Pirtobrutinib may cause urinary tract infection and herpes virus infection.
