Most common adverse reactions (≥ 20%) are fatigue, musculoskeletal pain, diarrhea, COVID-19, bruising, and cough. Grade 3 or 4 laboratory abnormalities (≥ 10%) are neutrophil count decreased, platelet count decreased, hemoglobin decreased, and lymphocyte count decreased.
