Drug interactions of Odevixibat

Bile Acid Sequestrants

Odevixibat should be administered at least 4 hours before or at least 4 hours after taking bile acid sequestrants (e.g., cholestyramine, colesevelam, or colestipol). Bile acid sequestrants may bind to odevixibat in the intestinal tract, which could potentially reduce the efficacy of odevixibat.
