Ivosidenib is also indicated for the treatment of previously treated cholangiocarcinoma (biliary tract cancer) that has spread or is unresectable via surgery.

Dosage and Administration of Ivosidenib

1. Drugs used to treat cancer are highly potent and may cause numerous adverse reactions. Before taking this medication, ensure that you understand all its potential risks and benefits. Close collaboration with your doctor during treatment is of great importance.

2. Take this medication strictly as prescribed by your doctor. Do not take a dose higher than prescribed, do not administer it more frequently, and do not prolong the duration of administration.

3. A Medication Guide is provided with this drug. Read it carefully and follow the instructions contained therein. Consult your doctor if you have any questions.

4. This medication may be taken with or without food. However, do not take it with high-fat meals.

5. Swallow the tablets whole. Do not crush, split, or chew the tablets.

6. Drink plenty of water to help prevent other adverse reactions.
