Cytomegalovirus infection

1. Monitor for adverse reactions

Antiviral drugs may cause some adverse reactions, such as bone marrow suppression, liver damage, etc. Therefore, it is necessary to regularly monitor the patient's blood routine, liver and kidney function, and other indicators during the treatment process, so as to detect and deal with adverse reactions in time.

2. Maintenance therapy

For some patients, such as immunocompromised individuals or organ transplant recipients, long-term maintenance therapy may be required to prevent CMV recurrence.

3. Nutritional support

CMV infection will reduce the body's immune function, so patients need to eat more nutrient-rich foods to replenish some of the nutrients lacking in the body, which is conducive to the body's recovery.
