Colorectal cancer

1. History of drug allergies

Before using any drug, patients should tell their doctor about their history of drug allergies, especially to anticancer drugs or chemotherapy drugs. For example, patients with a history of fluorouracil allergy should be contraindicated.

2. Chemotherapy drugs

Chemotherapy is one of the most commonly used treatments for colorectal cancer. These drugs can be used alone or in combination. There are two types of administration of chemotherapy drugs: oral and intravenous, and the specific use mode needs to be determined according to the patient's condition and the doctor's recommendation.

3. Immunotherapy

Immunotherapy fights tumors by boosting the patient's own immunity. Commonly used immunotherapy drugs include interferon, interleukin, metastasis, tumor necrosis factor, etc. These drugs can be used alone or in combination with chemotherapy drugs.

4. Targeted drug therapy

Targeted drugs can target specific tumor cells or cell signaling pathways to treat tumors. Commonly used targeted drugs include bevacizumab, among others.
