3. Life adjustments

Pay attention to posture when working to prevent spinal curvature deformity. Maintain optimism and avoid negative psychological influences such as nervousness and anxiety.

4. Quit smoking and drinking

During treatment, patients should stop smoking and drinking alcohol to avoid affecting the effectiveness of the drug or aggravating the condition.
